5 day week

East Area/Ubi

  • Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
  • Manage Customer calls for support and co-ordination
  • Responsible for On-time deliveries for Both Internal Customers (Engineers) & External Customers.
  • Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure On-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
  • Assist in Marketing and Saless support
  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentations/Stock updates
  • Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners
  • Build and maintain a good customer relationship

 

Requirement :-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service support/ Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivale
