KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries via the hotline
  • Work with suppliers and internal departments on service recovery
  • Update and retrieve information via internal customer information system
  • Develop and maintain work knowledge of internal policies, procedures and process to better customer satisfaction
  • Attend product and process trainings
  • Prepare letters to customers when required
  • May be required to cross sell products or services over the phone
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
