Primary role is to perform Client Specialist (CS) / Client Advisor (CA) function. In this role, you will join our Sales and Service Operations to follow through the customer’s life cycle journey. You are required to provide efficient and quality service to customers, and deliver superior customer service experience. You will perform online face-to-face verification to meet loan application requirements and comply with internal operational and control procedures. You are expected to exercise vigilance when performing duties, highlight unusual and suspicious transactions.


  • Perform inbound / outbound sales and service calls
  • Attend to inquiries via phone call, email and walk-in in a professional manner
  • Conduct face-to-face verification, know-your-customer checks for loan application
  • Handle loan administrative and loan processing
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by enhancing existing and acquiring new qualified relationships
  • Assist with general administrative and servicing duties
  • Any other duties as assigned


  • Diploma in any discipline (entry level or experienced candidates will be considered)


  • Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Client Service environment will be an advantage
  • Possess excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Understanding of Know Your Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a FinTech start-up environment
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with a strong desire for excellence
  • Open to work on staggered / rotational shifts including Weekends and Public Holidays to support shift operations


Monday to Sunday (including Public Holiday), 09:00hr to 22:00hr / Shifts 42 to 44 hours per week
