Job Summary/ Purpose:

  • Plays a critical role in the Store Sales Team
  • To contribute to the achievement of the store sales and KPI targets
  • Promote the VISION- MISSION- CORE VALUES- POLICY of the company
  • Actively engage in  delighting customers through the full measure of the Pedro customer service cycle

1.3   Be able to up sell products and memberships

  • Visual Merchandising/ Housekeeping:

Assist in daily housekeeping of the store, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation of product in line with Pedro standards

  • Products and Sales:

Actively communicate their knowledge of our products, pricing and styling to customers

Be able to meet individual sales and KPI targets and in turn contribute to store targets

  • Inventory:

Participate in maintaining an organised store room arrangement based on Pedro standards

  • Process and Operating Procedure:

Adhere to all Pedro Standard Operating Procedures including Point of Sale  Cash Handling and Occupational Health and Safety


  • Secondary School/ SPM/ WPLN Level 4 and above
  • No experience required
  • Able to work retail hours, including but not limited to late nights, weekends and public holidays
  • People orientated person, able to work within a team
  • Passionate about retail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills. Able to communicate in a multi cultural environment (workforce, peers and customers)
  • Keen interest in fashion, well groomed
  • Mandarin speaking is an advantage to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
