Executive / Senior Executive, Compliance (Work Pass Division) – 1 year contract

Responsibilities

  • To perform accreditation status and authenticity checks on educational certificates submitted for work pass applications
  • To implement relevant and effective checks and controls (IT and non-IT based) to ensure work passes are issued to bona fide employers and foreign workers
  • To work with appointed vendors that provide verification services to ensure prompt follow-up and closure of verification requests
  • To conduct audits on identified firms and work pass holders to check for non-compliance and infringements of work pass conditions
  • To handle enquiries related to work pass matters arising from audits and checks on educational qualifications related documents submitted



Requirements

  • Possess tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Be able to work independently and adapt to complex changes
