3 mths renewable Customer Service Officer (Museum/Little India/ Up to $1,700!)

Job scope

 

  1. Perform front counter

  2. Greet and smile to welcome all visitors and walk-in enquiries; answer or redirect enquiries over telephone.

  3. Promote exhibitions and public docent tours.

  4. Administer sales of admission and event tickets

  5. Collate daily takings, visitor arrival figures and profiles; conduct daily gallery checks and replenish collateral.

  6. Manage the day-to-day retail operations of the museum shop/retail corner

  7. Facilitate group visits including meet-and-greet.

  8. Other daily operational and administrative duties as assigned.

 

 

Requirements

 

  1. Minimum ‘O’ levels or its equivalent  

  2. Bilingual with proficiency in at least one other major local language (to manage diversified groups of visitors and customers)

  3. Proven record in front-line customer service,

  4. Have a pleasant disposition with a positive attitude;

  5. Able to work weekends and/or public holidays;
