Assistant Restaurant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the running of the restaurant and managing the service staff.
  • Train and manage team members to achieve sales targets for the financial year and improve productivity through setting proper key performance indicator and good service standards.
  • Review the duty roster of team members, monitor their attendance and leave applications.
  • Work with the Executive Chef on the menu planning and promotions.
  • Establish, maintain and carry out the risk management, policy and safe work procedures for the restaurant.
  • Drive service quality and customer satisfaction. Look into all customer complaint and see to that their complaints are dealt without delay

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the F&B related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): customer service skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
