Alternatively, choose a bottle of wine from the fine food boutique and enjoy it with your meal at the Bistro (A corkage fee applies). Our wine bar counter is also the perfect place to relax over a glass of wine and a plate of charcuterie or an assortment of light bites.

Pastry Sous Chef / Baker Sous Chef

Pastry Sous Chef and Baker Sous Chef handle the production of pastries, cookies, bread and cakes. 


  • Preparation of pastries, cookies and desserts 
  • Operational kitchen management incl. quality control
  • Baking pastries & cake decorating 
  • Planning, designing and executing dessert tables
  • Keeping and enforcing cleanliness in the process
  • Ensure that pastry preparation is efficient, productive and within budget
  • Establish controls to minimize food costs, supply wastage and pilferages
  • Strict adherence to food safety, sanitation and NEA hygiene requirements and practices
  • Arrange for service and maintenance of pastry making equipment


  • Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): culinary skills in food & pastry and passion in pastry and cakes creation.
