Executive (Housing Schemes Department) - Contract

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager, which include performing user acceptance tests, correspondence and telephone duties.
  • Process transactions relating to application, refund and recovery of CPF for the purchase and sale of properties.  
  • Offer guidance and advice via verbal and written correspondence to our business partners (i.e. lawyers and financiers) and members relating to housing scheme matters
  • Ensure that the SOPs are adhered to and the section is able to meet the service standards
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Required Attributes

  • A team player and effective contributor who is able to multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills to work effectively with members, business partners and key stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
