Senior/Executive (Capability & Organisation Development)

The Role

  • Administer the various internal communication platforms, including publishing content on the different platforms, educating and helping users with their queries on the use of the platforms
  • Compile a daily media summary, to be sent out at a set time every day
  • Translate communication objectives into creative visuals
  • Conceptualise, design and develop attractive communication materials e.g. staff announcements, posters, articles, newsletters, advertisements, printed collaterals e.g. banners, and digital content (web graphics, banners, EDMs)
  • Produce videos including conceptualisation, storyboarding, filming, editing and sourcing for music to put together a complete video
  • Use computer-generated graphic techniques such as drawing, illustration and typography to produce artwork
  • Where necessary, work with external design and production firms
  • Archival, documentation and management of communications materials
  • Other general administrative duties

The Person

  • Flair for design work/creative aesthetics, especially in use of typography, layout and imagery for traditional and digital publishing
  • Strong skills in using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
  • Good photography, photo-editing, illustration, animation, video production / editing skills
  • Expertise in operating equipment such as cameras, audio recorders, lighting etc.
  • Basic knowledge of web language (at least HTML)
  • Good command of English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with a sharp eye for details
  • Willingness to learn, explore and apply knowledge
  • Shows initiative and is resourceful, ability to work independently and deliver results with little supervision
